Fitness has always been more than just a profession for me—it’s a calling.
For the last 10 years, I’ve been diving headfirst into the world of CrossFit and redefining how we train both the body and the mind. As a Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, my journey has been about more than just lifting weights or breaking PRs; it’s been about helping others build mental fortitude, resilience, and confidence.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is my role as a Senior Instructor with Deep End Fitness, where I specialize in CO2 tolerance training and stress response conditioning. These methods leverage the power of water to challenge both physical and mental limits, creating an environment where growth thrives. Water-based training isn’t just about building strength—it’s about fostering clarity under pressure, improving breath control, and mastering the art of focus when it matters most.
I’ve always believed that true strength comes from within. That’s why my programs go beyond traditional fitness to incorporate mindset training, breathwork, and stress management.
